History

1891
Since its founding in 1891
in Markneukirchen
Carl August Schreiber (1871-1931)
one has devoted himself to the production of Boehm flutes
and piccolos prescribed.
1930
In the 1930s, the trill key flute was developed, which was patented and is still very popular with collectors today.
1945
After WWII it moved

to Stuttgart, where he worked under his own name

HJ Mehnert's second son Tino Mehnert began his training as a woodwind instrument maker. The championship title followed in 1990.
